Instead of getting an arrangement in a vase, choose a bouquet. Most of us have plenty of vases already, anyway.

My favorite idea for cheap Valentine’s Day flowers? Instead of buying cut flowers that will only last a few days, stop buy your local nursery and pick up a potted flower plant – one that will continue to provide blooms long after February 14 has passed.
