Uncork on the Lanai – October 7
From 5 to 7 pm, at Kaka‘ako Kitchen in Ward Center, you can “Uncork on the Lanai” on Wednesday, October 7, 2009, when they offer up a great selection of individually plated appetizers:
- Fried Calamari w/ Roasted Garlic and Lemon Aioli
- Sake Cured Wild Salmon w/Shaved Maui Onions and Orange Basil Vinaigrette Drizzle
- Assorted Mushrooms with Baked Baguette Slices
- Oyster on the Half Shell w/Mignonette Sauce (2 Oysters)
- Fire Roasted Tenderloin of Beef w/Caramelized Onion and Oven Dried Tomato Jus
$15.00 plus tax per person, but during this time, you’re invited to bring and enjoy your own wine, champagne or beer with no corkage fee. Glasses will be provided but please bring your wine opener.
